Storyboard Analyzer / How it works

Behind the analysis

Thirteen questions. One fast second opinion.

Storyboard Analyzer checks the decisions behind an eLearning storyboard before production begins. It uses defined rubrics and typed judgments instead of generating a long critique you have to decode.

The workflow

From file to feedback

01 / READ

Find the screens

Upload a .docx or .pptx. The analyzer reads slides and their speaker notes from a deck, or tables and headings from a document, then breaks the content into screens.

02 / JUDGE

Ask thirteen questions

It checks objectives, content alignment, structure, assessment, and other ID practice against written rubrics. Jev (TypeSafe System One) returns typed scores, choices, and probabilities in one request, not a generated essay.

03 / PRIORITIZE

Show what to fix

Weights in the analyzer's code turn the judgments into a 0–100 score. The report shows the weakest area and a revision recommendation, with low-confidence answers marked for your own review.

The details

Built with Jev. Guided by ID rubrics.

Jev is the decision engine, not the whole product. The analyzer defines the questions and rubric levels, chooses which answers apply, and calculates the score. Jev answers those typed questions about your storyboard.

For a longer deck, the analyzer checks sections in parallel. Each section still gets the learning objectives for context, so content alignment isn't judged without seeing what the course aims to teach.

The score is a prompt for review, not a replacement for an instructional designer. An answer below 50% confidence is flagged instead of treated as a firm verdict.
